pt999 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

To access pt999's real-money services — including placing wagers, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact phone number or email address. pt999 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided at registration and at any subsequent time.

Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) account on pt999. The operation of multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment method details — is strictly prohibited. Where pt999 identifies multiple accounts operated by or for the benefit of the same individual, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to confiscate any balances held therein.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials (username and password) at all times.
• You must notify pt999 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that an unauthorised party has accessed your account.
• pt999 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Account information may be updated by contacting pt999 customer support. Supporting documentation will be required for changes to key personal details such as name or registered phone number.

pt999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where it determines that the account has been used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or in a manner that pt999 considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

pt999 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred Bangladesh Taka). There is no maximum deposit limit unless separately communicated by pt999 in writing. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time following successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment processor.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by pt999 in exceptional circumstances. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

pt999 does not charge any fees on deposits. Fees on withdrawals, if applicable, will be displayed clearly at the time of the withdrawal request. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own payment provider or bank in connection with transactions to and from pt999.

pt999 reserves the right to reverse a deposit in cases of suspected fraud, payment processing errors, or where a chargeback has been initiated. Where a deposit reversal or chargeback results in a negative account balance, pt999 reserves the right to recover the outstanding amount from any future deposits made by the player.

pt999 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotional terms for a particular bonus, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence with respect to that bonus.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are tracked as a distinct balance within your account.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date from the time of credit. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not withdrawn before the expiry date will be forfeited.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players who attempt to claim a welcome bonus on a secondary account will have all associated accounts suspended.

pt999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is suspended or withdrawn after a player has already opted in, pt999 will honour any bonus funds already credited to the player's account in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of the opt-in.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pt999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games, including in live dealer tables, poker, or multi-player tournament formats.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in displayed odds, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature to gain an advantage not available to other players.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC or account verification process.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour towards pt999 staff, customer support agents, or other players.

Where pt999 identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct, to close the account permanently, to retain the entire account balance, and to report the matter to relevant financial intelligence or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

All content on the pt999 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of pt999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right or licence to use pt999's intellectual property beyond your limited right to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the pt999 platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of pt999. Unauthorised use of pt999's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pt999 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pt999 platform or any services offered thereon, even if pt999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pt999 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, internet service disruptions, third-party payment processor outages, and other technical events outside pt999's direct control may temporarily affect platform availability. pt999 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.

pt999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm to its players. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. pt999 encourages all players to treat gambling as a form of entertainment, to set personal spending limits before beginning a session, and to take regular breaks.

pt999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible via the account dashboard after login:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your pt999 account.
• Session time limits: set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Temporary self-exclusion: voluntarily suspend access to your account for a defined period without permanently closing it.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account and request that it not be reopened. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irrevocable and will be processed within 24 hours of the request being confirmed by our support team.

pt999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, that the player has provided false registration information, that the account is involved in fraudulent activity or money laundering, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon account termination for cause, pt999 reserves the right to retain any balance remaining in the account where that balance is connected to the prohibited conduct.

A player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting pt999 customer support. Where an account is closed voluntarily and there is no outstanding investigation into the account, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any applicable KYC checks. Voluntary account closure does not entitle the player to withdrawal of bonus funds that have not yet satisfied their applicable wagering requirement.

pt999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where pt999 makes a material change to these Terms — meaning a change that affects your rights or obligations in a significant way — it will provide notice by posting an updated version of the Terms on the pt999 website with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes.

Your continued use of pt999 following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.
